We are looking for Welders and Installers – Where attitude meets craftsmanship
We are an agile and growing company that people enjoy working for. With us, you get to work on the industry’s most demanding tasks – from our workshops in Oulu and Kempele to the very core of the pharmaceutical, chemical, and forest industries.
PreOne is a modern metal industry company. We are not just looking for extra pairs of hands, but for individuals who want to develop. We offer permanent employment and the chance to learn what separates a master from the average worker: we will train you to weld exotic metals (such as Titanium and Zirconium) that few get the chance to work with.
The work is versatile, and no two weeks are alike. One day you might be doing precise prefabrication in our modern facilities in Oulu or Kempele, and the next you might be on the road working on maintenance or contracting projects at large industrial plants. Our clients include Finland’s most significant pharmaceutical, chemical, and forest industry facilities, so you get a front-row seat to see how the industry operates.
What do we expect from you? Your most important tool is your attitude. We hope you already have experience in industrial maintenance or workshop operations, but above all, we value initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
We consider the following as assets:
- Welding qualifications (MMA/Stick, TIG) and neat workmanship
- Installation skills and the ability to read technical drawings
- Readiness to travel – with us, the scenery changes
- Valid cards (Occupational Safety, Hot Work) and a driving license (Class B)
We operate in accordance with certified quality and environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 3834-2). For an employee, this means that things are done properly, safely, and with the right tools – never just “good enough.”
