How do we ensure flawless quality?
Repairing weld defects on-site is costly. That is why our process is based on prevention, cleanliness, and continuous inspection. Quality is built layer by layer:
Full Traceability
Every pipe section, filler material, and plate is traceable down to the heat number. Documentation is generated alongside the work, not as an afterthought.
NDT Inspections
We use independent inspection bodies (RT, PT, VT) to verify weld integrity in accordance with standards.
Material Cleanliness
Welding Zirconium and Titanium requires surgical cleanliness. We strictly segregate carbon and stainless materials to prevent cross-contamination.
Digital Documentation
The handover package is available electronically immediately upon project completion – as a clear and audited package.
Certified Management System
Our operations are based on certified quality, environmental, and welding standards. For us, these are not just wall decorations, but tools that guide our daily management.
ISO 3834-2 (DEKRA) – Quality Requirements for Welding (Comprehensive Quality Requirements). This is the most critical certificate for a welding workshop, proving our ability to manage even the most demanding welding tasks.
ISO 9001:2015 (DEKRA) – Quality Management System. Guarantees the consistency of our processes from quotation to delivery.
ISO 14001:2015 (DEKRA) – Environmental Management System. We minimize waste, recycle valuable metals, and operate responsibly.
PED 2014/68/EU – Capability to manufacture pressure equipment and piping up to demanding categories (Module A2).
