Responsibility
PreOne's work is built on three pillars: safety, responsibility, and quality. We make no compromises when it comes to people, the environment, or our workmanship.
What responsibility means to us in practice
Safety
We do not compromise on safety, even when in a rush. Every work phase begins with a risk assessment, and our goal is zero accidents. Every employee has the authority and the obligation to stop work if it is not safe.
Environment
We minimize waste, recycle valuable metals, and operate responsibly. We strictly segregate materials to prevent contamination and ensure environmental safety.
Honesty
No shortcuts, no hidden errors. We do what we promise, and we invoice only what was agreed. If a mistake happens, we admit it and fix it immediately – not just after a complaint. Transparency is the foundation of trust.
Well-being
Quality is made by people. We take care of our own by providing the industry’s best tools, continuous training, and a safe environment. When a professional feels well and knows their craft, the result is flawless.
Individual Responsibility
Every PreOne professional is a bearer of responsibility, not just an employee. We do not need someone looking over our shoulders. Every installer understands their role in the client’s process and takes responsibility for their workmanship with professional pride.

When the welding arc strikes, responsibility sparks with it
Safety doesn’t come from binders, it comes from the mindset. For us, it is a personal value for every employee, not just an instruction imposed from the outside.
In industrial conditions – amidst noise, pressure, and moving parts – there is no room for negligence. That is why we do not cut corners. Every PreOne professional is trained to identify risks and intervene immediately. It is a matter of honor for us that both our colleagues and the work environment are safe and sound at the end of the shift. We firmly believe that safety and efficiency are not opposites, but two sides of the same craftsmanship.
Responsibility extends to the environment and people. In material selection and recycling, we always seek the most sustainable solution, because waste is the enemy – for both quality and nature. For us, social responsibility means fair play: training, freedom, and trust. When people enjoy their work and find it meaningful, the result is top-notch. You can see it in every weld that leaves our workshop.
And yes, laughter is allowed in the breakroom. But the smiles stop immediately if a helmet is forgotten. We do not compromise on safety – ever.
