Our expertise covers the entire spectrum – piping, tanks, reactors, shutdowns, maintenance, and project management. We work with Titanium, Hastelloy, Duplex, Zirconium, and many other materials that are unforgiving of errors – demanding absolute precision from PreOne at every stage.
PreOne’s service portfolio is built on a single principle: doing it right the first time. Whether it involves piping, pressure equipment, workshop fabrication, or maintenance, the work is executed with the same high quality standards – and always driven by the requirements of the customer’s process.
Our comprehensive offering includes hygienic, gas, and industrial piping, as well as specialized exotic metal piping systems. We provide expert welding services utilising Orbital, TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA methods. Our fabrication capabilities extend to heat exchangers, coils, and demanding tanks and reactors specifically for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Furthermore, we specialize in Zirconium and Titanium linings, shutdown execution, and maintenance services, as well as professional consultation regarding piping and equipment design, inspections, and welding.
All this is backed by the production capacity of two workshops in Oulu and Kempele, equipped with plate rollers, presses, pipe bending machines, bridge cranes, and modern TIG, Orbital, and MIG/MAG welding systems. Our expertise and equipment are deployed wherever the customer’s schedule demands.
