Do you provide validation reports and testing?

Yes – documentation and validation are always included in the delivery. We produce the documentation needed for the client to demonstrate compliance to authorities (e.g., Fimea/FDA). This includes material certificates, weld logs, pressure tests, and NDT inspection reports.

Which standards is the execution based on?

We always follow the standards required by the specific project. Typically, hygienic piping follows GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the ASME BPE standard (BioProcessing Equipment), which define cleanliness classes, materials, and surface quality. Additionally, we operate in accordance with the ISO 3834-2 quality management system for welding.

How do you ensure cleanliness?

The chain of cleanliness must not be broken at any stage.

  • Storage & Handling: Pipes and components are kept protected and capped until installation.
  • Tools: We use tools intended exclusively for stainless steel to avoid ferrous contamination (rust transfer).
  • Surface quality: We ensure that the internal surface roughness (Ra value) of the piping remains at the required level after welding.
