Workshop manufacturing

PreOne’s workshops in Oulu and Kempele manufacture demanding structures from Titanium, Hastelloy, Duplex, and other exotic metals. At PreOne, quality is not a goal – it is the standard.

Strengths of our workshop manufacturing

  • Two production facilities: The 700 m² workshop in Oulu (Limingantulli) and the 500 m² workshop in Kempele cover the entire manufacturing chain.
  • Versatile machinery: Plate rollers, presses, pipe bending and cutting equipment, along with a 10-ton overhead crane, guarantee flexible production.
  • Modern welding systems: TIG, Orbital, MIG/MAG, and Stick welding equipment – all supported by certified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
  • High-quality materials and storage: Extensive material stock, comprehensive filler materials, and the ability to supply materials for the client’s own use.

Let’s build structures that withstand pressure, heat, and time.

A workshop where reliability is built into the process

PreOne’s workshops are designed for the real demands of industry: clean and bright workspaces, precisely defined manufacturing methods, and skilled personnel ensure a result that withstands both inspection and use year after year.

At our workshops, every work stage is executed under supervision and fully documented to keep production predictable and quality constant, regardless of the part’s size or material.

The Oulu workshop serves as the production unit for heavier assemblies. Plate rollers, presses, and pipe bending and cutting equipment enable the manufacture of large tanks, structural frames, and special parts. The facilities are designed so that even extensive assemblies can be assembled and inspected in-house before delivery.

The Kempele unit focuses on precision components, pre-fabrication, and smaller specialized assemblies. It complements Oulu’s capacity seamlessly, allowing different stages to run in parallel without production bottlenecks. This ensures projects proceed in a controlled manner and on schedule.

Our equipment is kept constantly up to date: installation teams have their own toolkits, TIG and Stick welding machines, cordless pipe benders, and hoists, as well as access to personnel and material lifting equipment from partners when needed. A modern workshop is not just a space — it is a combination of the right tools, skilled people, and a repeatable process.

Quality comes from equipment, people, and methods. Our job is to ensure that all three work together without compromise.
